Say ‘Hello’ to Aidn!
The world of online digital medical innovation is a complicated one… Aidn is a startup that provides an online platform through which medical professionals can connect directly with their patients. Our job was to create a film and photos that would explain the concept to potential investors, new hires and consumers in less than three minutes.
The goal was to pick a simple, clean and intelligent setting for the founders to explain on camera what their roles are, what the company aims to achieve and how they’re going to accomplish that. We aimed to create a story that not only informs, but displays the company’s value and outlines the startup’s potential.
Natural. Informative. Candid.
The style of the content revolved around letting Aidn’s ideas speak for themselves. The location for the interviews features muted non-distracting colors and simple lines, mostly horizontal and leading to the interviewee. There is an air of sophistication in the bookshelves and casual startup vibes in the communal areas where we see the founders interacting.
The lighting is soft and, once again, doesn’t distract from the interviewee. With one main light, a fill light and natural warmer rim lighting, the founders are separated from the background and put in focus. Showing the lighting set up as the founders enter the set offers a casual introduction to each founder and a chance for the film to breath. The color grading is also simple and accurate, nothing overly creative to distract from the message.
